Exceeding your expectations each and every time is our goal. If you’re not happy, we’ll work with you to make it right. If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the service delivered by one of Lula’s approved professionals, let us know and we’ll work to make it right. Even if you don’t reach out to us and we see a rating of 3-stars or less we’ll proactively reach out to you to find out what went wrong! Additionally, in the rare event of property damage, Lula has your back! Every job through Lula’s platform is insured.
What it Covers
Outside of certain terms and conditions that can be found here, The Lula Guarantee applies if:
- The scope of work that you were charged for was not completed to your satisfaction, or your property was damaged as a direct result of the service booked through Lula’s platform.
- The service was completed within the past 72 hours and you filed a claim within 7 days of the service being rendered. For recurring services, each appointment is treated as a separate occurrence.
- Your account is in good standing without unpaid balances.
