Does the tenant need to be home?

If you are scheduled to do a job that requires entering the house (example: handyman services), then the tenant needs to be home, unless it is vacant. If the space is vacant entry will be coordinated with Lula, normally through a lockbox/entry code. If you are scheduled to do a job that doesn’t require you to enter the house (example: lawn care), the tenant does not need to be home. Regardless of if the tenant is home or not, it is important that you arrive to the property within the scheduled arrival window. Tenants may wait at home to let the Provider into the house during the scheduled window. If you cannot make your arrival window it is important that you contact us.
