Position

The Sales Representative position will be responsible for acquiring new customers through outbound and inbound inquiries, as well as servicing current clients. This position is responsible for reaching out to potential customers using excellent customer service and high ethical selling standards to build trust and rapport while identifying customer needs. This role will represent Lula as a first point of contact for potential customers.

Responsibilities

– Contact potential customers via phone, email, and social selling (nationwide) to discuss Lula’s unique value proposition
– Educate customers in the property management space on our unique service to help streamline their maintenance process
– Research our ideal customer segment using internal notes, company website, and other public information while maintaining order and customer data as directed
– Effectively guide customers through the onboarding process helping them successfully kick off their first work order
– Maintaining open lines of communication with customers including in-person, phone and e-mail correspondence while staying continually engaged with their business
– Develop a deep understanding of the customer including goals, organization structure, decision-making processes, and pain-points

This position is responsible for reaching out to potential providers as well as educating and working with current providers guaranteeing that all providers are Lula approved and meet all necessary standards and requirements to be a Lula Pro. This role will require excellent customer service and communication skills.

What a typical day looks like

– Contact Service Providers via phone (nationwide) to discuss Lula’s unique value proposition
– Educate service providers on how to engage with the consumers who are putting in service requests
– Effectively guide service providers through the vetting and onboarding process to become a Lula approved provider
– Maintaining open lines of communication with providers including in-person, phone and e-mail correspondence

Position

The Property Management Coordinator is a high-level outward facing position that is one of the first lines of communication for Lula customers and service providers. This role is responsible to ensure that each provider, tenant and Property Manager is treated in a professional and friendly manner. This role will answer phone calls and respond to requests of those calls, coordinating follow up and follow through of our customer’s needs. This role is responsible for interacting with Lula customers, maintaining a friendly, positive, authentic and professional approach, while delivering consistent excellent customer service by utilizing an in-depth knowledge of company processes.

Responsibilities

· Provide in-house day-to-day support to our Property Managers, tenants and service providers, responding promptly to all inquiries
· Responsible for providing an exceptional service experience to multiple customers and maintaining all records in accordance with company policy
· Proactively addressing customer concerns with confidence while knowing when to escalate and partner with the leadership team
· Requires making and receiving phone calls and some email correspondence while problem solving
· Liaison between customers and service providers ensuring communication is used effectively to achieve accurate job follow-through
· Maintain a positive attitude with the added ability to overcome objections and hurdles while managing multiple priorities
· Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the prospective customer experience
