We are looking for an individual that has knowledge and familiarity general customer service principals, and that has the ability to use problem resolution skills when researching customer requests.
Tools used to accomplish the goals of the company and our customers include MS Office applications; including Outlook, Excel, and Word. This person will also be accessing our customer service CRM system to view and update customer accounts. Professional and proficient interpersonal skills, verbal and written communications will be used in this position.
Strong time management, organizational, and team-member skills are required. A keen eye, focus, and attention to details are necessary in this role. Individual should bring to the table good decision making skills, have a strong work ethic, and provides others with the example of excellent attendance.
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible to receive incoming and outgoing calls to educate home maintenance providers about the Lula platform benefits.
