When starting out, we limit the number of services you are allowed to offer. As you gain experience with the platform, we may sometimes allow you to add more services to your profile.

Every job you receive through Lula will be a maintenance request submitted by a tenant in a rental property. These jobs are pre-scheduled, so all you have to do is show up in the arrival window that you selected.

Maintenance on a rental property is different than maintenance in a traditional homeowner’s home. For example, property owners tend to look for cost-effective materials and options, versus high end finishes and replacements.

Overall, there is a lot of work to be had with Lula. Especially for certain services in certain markets. We do not guarantee any level of work, nor do we advise our Pros to rely on Lula as their only source of income. We are a great supplement to the work you are already doing.
