HVAC Replacements
Details
We partnered with Carrier and Goodman to solidify our buying power and offer flat-rate pricing for HVAC replacements. If we provide the diagnosis on the unit, diagnosis fees will be waived upon approval. If we don’t provide the diagnosis, the pricing remains the same unless there are special requirements for that replacement project.
Warranty
All HVAC replacements come with a standard 1-year labor warranty. Each unit will be pre-registered with the manufacturer and come with a 10-year parts warranty.

Condenser Replacement
This is for a condenser replacement only. Includes installation and haul off of the old unit.
Furnace Only Replacement
This is for replacing the furnace only. Includes installation and haul off of the old unit.
Coil Replacement
This is for replacing the coil only. Includes installation and haul off of the old part.
Air Handler Replacement w/ Heat Kit
This is for the air handler replacement. Each one includes a heat hit.
AC Only Replacement
This is for AC replacement only. Does not include the furnace.
Full AC/Furnace Replacement
This is for a full system replacement. Includes installation and haul away of the old components.
Appliance Replacements
Details
We partnered with GE to provide flat-rate replacements for the most common appliances. Most appliances have two tiers, which represent different price points. All of these replacement prices include the appliance, delivery, installation, and haul away of the old units. If you choose an appliance and it turns out to be out of stock, we will procure the next best model free of charge.
Warranty
All appliance replacements come with a three (3) month labor warranty and twelve (12) month parts warranty. Each unit will come pre-registered for easy warranty claims.

Water Heater Replacements
Details
We’ve partnered with Lowes and A.O Smith to offer national flat pricing on water heaters and installations. These prices come standard with an install kit, drain pan, expansion tank, and haul away of the old unit. The price is based on the assumption that the unit is accessible. Pricing may vary if the unit is not accessible (example: located in the crawl space). Permits are an additional $150, added based on job and location.
Warranty
All water heater replacements come with a one (1) year labor warranty and six (6) year parts warranty. We will provide the information for registering the unit in the owner’s name.

Gutter Cleaning
This service includes clearing the gutters around the house free of debris and removing branches from the roof. It does not include hauling off the leaves.
Winterization
This service includes turning the water off to the home and draining all fixtures, setting the thermostat to the desired temperature, and opening the cabinet doors.
HVAC Tune-Up
Each tune-up includes: AC disconnect inspection, thermostat check, contactor check, clean & tighten connections, test safety & limit switches, check filter, capacitor test, drain line clear out if applicable, check refrigerant levels, identify potential repairs, check system pressures, and an overall health report.
If the home has more than one unit, each additional system costs $49
Pressure Washing
Pressure washing includes cleaning the selected area with a pressure washer and appropriate cleaners.
