Each year, the Inc. 5000 list celebrates the fastest-growing private companies in the U.S., spotlighting businesses that have achieved exceptional growth and resilience. You may have already seen that Lula was honored as a fastest-growing private company by Inc for the third straight year.
How Companies Qualify for the Inc. 5000
To earn a spot on the Inc. 5000, companies must achieve the following:
- Be privately held, U.S.-based, and independent (not subsidiaries)
- Have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2021
- Reach at least $100,000 in revenue in 2021 and $2 million in 2024
- Rank based on percentage revenue growth over three years (2021–2024)
This ensures the list recognizes only the most dynamic and fastest-growing private businesses across the country. This list only include those that apply and provide necessary documentation.
