If you can’t access your account or previous application, there are a few reasons/things to try.

Account Deactivated

If your account was deactivated, you should be able to tell with your username and password. After the login page, you will see a notice of deactivation and next steps.

Reset Your Password

If your password isn’t recognized, then you can change your password using the “Forgot Password” in the app or Pro Portal. You can authenticate yourself using email or text. If you don’t receive either, it may be an issue with your email address and you should contract pro@lula.life.
