We compensate all of our Pros fairly for the work that they complete.
When you sign up, you will set your own hourly rates to match the services that you offer. When you claim a job, you are paid by the hour. The first hour is guaranteed (if you complete any work) and every hour after that is prorated. We also reimburse for material costs.
We pay our pros within 3 business days when a job is completed successfully. Payments are done via ACH through our partner, Stripe, and we never pay with 3rd party apps such as Venmo or PayPal.
The only cost to be on the platform is a fee that comes out of every job. This fee doesn’t change and is the same for all Pros. You can read more about the fee structure here.
