Lula has again, for the fourth time, been named to the Inc. 5000, Inc. Magazine’s annual ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in America, this year for 2026.

The Inc. 5000 is a list that gets harder to stay on. The ranking is built on percentage growth, so every year a company returns, it has to have grown from a bigger base than the last. Landing on it once says a company had a fast year. Landing on it several years running says the growth is durable. That durability is the part we are most proud of, because it reflects a maintenance operation that keeps scaling without losing what makes it work.

What Keeps Lula Growing

The Lula Pro network now includes more than 9,000 vetted maintenance professionals, up from around 7,000 a year ago, which is how the platform absorbs more volume in more places without a drop in quality. Lula now serves property managers and owner-operators across 50+ markets, and processed more than 125,000 work orders in 2025 across a base of 350,000+ properties.

On top of that network sits a full maintenance operation. Lula coordinates everyday repair and maintenance work end to end, taking a request from intake to a vetted Pro to a closed-out work order. Its make-ready service, run by local full-time field managers, turns units around fast so they are rent-ready with less time sitting vacant. And Flat-Rate Maintenance brings transparent, catalog-based pricing to the work itself, so managers can budget for repairs with confidence.

Powering all of it is Lula’s software. Foresight, Lula’s AI operations platform, gives property managers one place to run maintenance across a whole portfolio. LuMi, Lula Maintenance Intelligence, is the AI layer that handles intake across voice, text, and web, verifying residents, troubleshooting issues, and turning them into structured work orders. And Lula connects directly into the property management systems teams already run, including AppFolio, Buildium, Rent Manager, and Rentvine, so work orders flow where the rest of the operation lives. Together, that has moved the business from coordinating work by hand to coordinating it intelligently at scale.

The Team Behind the Growth

Growth rate is a revenue number, but the thing underneath it is people. Lula’s headcount has grown alongside the business, anchored in two places.

Kansas City is home. It is where Lula started, where the company is headquartered, and where much of the team has been built as the business scaled. The KC team has grown to 60+ full-time staff over the years, and nearly 90 total full-time employees.

Lula’s team in Paraguay has become a core part of how the company operates and builds. The Paraguay team provides operationals support across many facets of Lula’s business. Building talent across Kansas City and Paraguay has let Lula scale its product and its service without compromising on the quality that puts it on lists like this one.

A Word From Lula’s Co-founders

“How many companies can say they’ve made this list four years in a row and in the top 1000 each year? That’s a special achievement and truly reflect the deep relationships we’ve formed with our customers that continue to grow, year after year.” —Will Parrish, Chief Customer Officer

“Making the Inc. 5000, and top 1000, a fourth year running is a special achievement,” said Bo Lais, Co-founder and CEO of Lula. “Staying on this list gets harder every year, because the bar you set for yourself keeps rising. Doing it again is a credit to the team we have built, that treat every hard problem as a chance to get better. We can’t thank the Lula Pros who do the work in the field enough, and our customers who trust us with handling their maintenance.”

What It Takes to Make the Inc. 5000

The Inc. 5000 ranks companies purely on verified percentage revenue growth over three years, with every figure checked against audited statements, signed documentation, or tax filings. That verified bar is why a repeat appearance is hard to earn, and why staying on the list several years running says more than any single strong year does.

More Growth Recognition

The Inc. 5000 sits alongside a run of growth recognition Lula has earned closer to home. Lula was again named to Ingram’s Magazine’s Fastest-Growing Companies in Kansas City for 2026 (ranked number 8). Each recognition points at the same underlying story, a Kansas City company setting the standard for what it looks like to make maintenance easy, and doing it at national scale.

What This Means for Lula

A fourth year on the Inc. 5000 is fuel, not a finish line. The focus ahead is the same one that got us here: scaling innovation in residential property maintenance, expanding into new service areas, and continuing to deliver results property managers can measure. There is more coming across the Lula platform this year, and this recognition is a reason to push harder on it, not to slow down.

To our team, our Lula Pros, our clients, and our partners: thank you. This is your growth as much as ours.
