What if the resident is not answering?
If you are unable to get ahold of anyone, please call Lula at 913-444-9293 before leaving the property. There are occasions where we have another contact or a different way to access the home (code, key, etc).
If you call us and we are unable to get you into the property during your scheduled window, we will work with you and the resident to get the work rescheduled. Depending on the circumstances, we can advocate for a trip fee. These are usually payable if you arrive during a scheduled window and the resident misses the appointment.
If you ever run into one of these cases, please document your visit. Take a picture of the front door and screenshots of any attempts taken to get ahold of the resident. This is all helpful for our processing team when handling trip fees.
If appointments are missed and the resident is at fault, we hope to still get this job rescheduled with you. Please provide a few other available windows with our team and we will make sure to get it scheduled.
