Payments for successfully completed jobs will deposit 2-3 business days after the job is processed.

When you close out a job in the app, the details go to our processing team for review. From there, they verify that the work was completed. Part of that process is checking the notes, pictures, and pricing to make sure everything checks out. Once all of the details are verified, the job is “processed”, which means payment will hit your account in 2-3 business days.

If anything with the job is missing, then it will hold of the processing time. Closing the job out with full details, pictures, and estimates will expedite payments.

If you want to see if a job is processed, you can check on the status in your Dashboard. You can login to your dashboard here.

From there, navigate to your financial statements. You can see the full payment details (including fees) of your completed jobs. If the job you completed does not show on this page, that means the job has not yet passed our processing.

If we are missing something in order to process the job, then you will receive what is called a “kick-back”. This means that we need some additional information from you before we can process the payment.

If it has been longer than 3 business days since completing the job and you haven’t heard anything, you can email the team at pro@lula.life for an update.
