There will be circumstances that require the price of a job to be modified. If this is the case, please contact our Project Coordinator team at 913-444-9293. This normally only happens if the scope of the job changes. For example, if a work order on the app asks for faucet repair, but then the tenant asks you to fix their door. You should never change the amount without Lula’s permission. You will only be paid for the work requested and approved by Lula, not anything additional requested from the tenant.

Another reason a price would need to be changed is if you forgot to start or stop the clock on-site. In this case, there is a way for you edit the billable time through the app.
