Scheduling Approved Quotes

If you received a text letting you know that your quote was approved, congrats! Now we need to schedule the return trip to complete that work.

Here is an example of the text you will receive when a quote is approved.

All you need to do is let us know how quickly you are available to start these repairs and we will coordinate this with the tenant. Once we confirm the scheduling, the job will show back up in your claimed jobs section.

Quote Still Shows Pending

If you received a text that a quote was approved, but it still shows as pending in your app, it just means that it hasn’t been scheduled yet. As soon as it is scheduled, it will move from your pending quotes into your claimed jobs.
