When will I hear back about the quote I submitted?

When a quote is sent to an owner from Lula’s system, it remains active for 30 days. Once that 30 day period is up, then the quote will be considered “expired”. These aging quotes can still be approved by request, but it is unlikely.

We try to get quotes approved as quickly as possible, but it is largely out of our control.

If you haven’t heard from Lula, then we haven’t heard from the customer. Our system automatically notifies you of an approved quote, so you know as quickly as we do.

We do a round of follow ups with the client to try and nudge them towards approval, but there are times where we are competing with other contractors (not Lula contractors) for the same job. If a few weeks have gone by and you want to make edits to the quote to try and get approval, we are happy to help you with that and resend if to the client.

When a quote is approved in our system, you automatically receive a text letting you know it was approved. The quote will still show pending in your app until it is scheduled.
