What if I’m going to be late or have to miss a scheduled job?

One word: communication.

Communication solves nearly everything, so overcommunicating what is going on will help us relay the proper information to the resident, client, and any other invested party.

Missing job windows without communicating will assuredly result in no-show/late fees ($35 each time) and might even result in account suspension, or worse, deactivation.

At the end of the day, we understand that things happen. Other jobs run late, tires blow out, traffic causes delays, sickness, emergencies, etc. We will work with you on every situation as long as we receive communication. If you ever think you are going to run late to a job, please let us know. We can communicate that to the resident on your behalf and reschedule if necessary.
