First things first, you need to have claimed an hourly or free quote job. If you have not claimed any jobs yet, keep an eye out! If you have claimed one of these jobs, you won’t be able to provide the quote without going through the app process.

Next, quotes must be submitted through the mobile app. There is no way for you to submit quotes through the web dashboard.
