In the event that you do not show up for a job that you claimed, we hold the right to incur a $35 cancellation fee. We understand things happen and we try to work with our Pros. The key is communication and letting us know ASAP if you are not going to be able to make a scheduled job. But in the case that we can’t, we will enforce the fee. Note: We charge the fee if you are a no call no show on the same day of the arrival window.

You are protected as well. We also hold the right to enforce a $35 cancellation on the Property Management side as well as pay you a trip fee for non-compliant tenants.

We encourage you to only cancel a job if it’s work you cannot do. Besides that, we will work with you and the tenant to reschedule the job for another time.
