How are jobs scheduled?
We preschedule jobs with tenants. As jobs are received, they will include available dates with 4-hour windows of when the provider needs to arrive on site per the tenant’s availability.
You can always call or text the Provider help line at 913.444.9293. If you need to send a quick note to the Lula Project Coordination Team that doesn’t require a phone call you can use the “Send Note to Lula,” in the Lula Pros App. Many tenants take off work and arrange schedules to be present for the appointment. We prefer not to reschedule, but understand things happen. Lula reserves the right to charge the Providers and Tenants fees for missed confirmed arrival times.
