We preschedule every job with the tenants of the home. When you receive a job notification, they will include available dates with 4-hour window of when your need to arrive on site.
If you cannot make one of the prescheduled times, please don’t accept the job. You can request additional availability through the app. If the tenant approves your requested time, the job will be scheduled and added to your claimed jobs.
You can always call or text the Provider help line at 913.444.9293. Many tenants take off work and arrange schedules to be present for the appointment. We prefer not to reschedule, but understand things happen. Lula reserves the right to charge the Providers and Tenants fees for missed confirmed arrival times.
There are some scenarios where you will need to schedule your own time to return to a property. In that case, please put that information in the paused notes or call/text us at the number listed above.
