If you aren’t receiving jobs, there are a few things to check:
Notification Settings
If you aren’t getting job notifications, you should check and make sure that these are enabled. There are three (3) types of communication. Email, SMS, and Push notifications. If none of these are enabled, you won’t receive any jobs.
Your Onboarding
If you received a notification that you are approved, it doesn’t mean you will automatically start receiving jobs. You still need to go through the onboarding in the Pro Dashboard. Once this is complete, your profile will be turned on to receive jobs.
Your Pricing
Pricing is a large piece of the Pro Scoring algorithm that determines who gets the most jobs. If you login to your dashboard and see your pricing is sitting in the red, that means you might be charging too much. Try lowering your rates and see if that helps you see more jobs.
Inactive Account
In your mobile app, the profile tab has an “Active/Inactive” button. This allows Pros to turn off notifications when they take breaks or go on vacation. You should open your app and check it this is set to active or inactive.
Account Suspension or Deactivication
If your account was suspended or deactivated, you will see that in your Pro Dashboard or when you try to claim a job. If you have received a notice of deactivication notification and you believe it is a mistake, please email pro@lula.life.
Your Services/Area
Some services have a lower demand in some areas. If you have tried everything we listed above and you still don’t see many jobs, it’s possible there’s a low demand for your service in your area. If that’s the case, you can email your account manager at pro@lula.life to see what volume looks like in your area.
